    Ingredients

    • 4 cup dashi broth
    • 0.25 cup white miso paste
    • 1 cup tofu, cubed
    • 0.25 cup wakame, rehydrated
    • 0.25 cup scallion, sliced

    Steps

    1. Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
    2. Dissolve miso paste with a little hot broth, then stir back into the pot.
    3. Add tofu and rehydrated wakame; heat gently without boiling.
